Energy Assistance

Assistance agencies may assist a member who is having trouble paying his or her electric and/or gas bill. Each has unique eligibility requirements and the right to refuse assistance to a member. Contact the agencies listed below to see if any can assist you, or dial 211 from any telephone to get a complete listing of local assistance agencies.

Energy Assistance Office Information

 

Dunn County Energy Assistance can be reached at 715-232-1116. You may want to check out their website before you go to make sure you have everything you need first.

Pepin County Energy Assistance can be reached at 715-265-4271. Their website has basic information regarding their programs.

Chippewa County Energy Assistance can be reached at 715-726-7840. You can check their website for more information regarding the programs available through the county.

Barron County Energy Assistance can be reached at 715-537-5691. You can also visit their website for more information on their programs available.

Pierce County Energy Assistance can be reached at 1-866-HEATWIS (432-8947). You can also visit their website for more information on the numerous programs they have available.
