Board of Directors

Yearly, members of the cooperative vote on three of the districts up for election. All members in the three districts up for election will be mailed a Notice of Nominations outlining how to have their name placed on the ballot should they be interested in running for the board of directors. After the Nominations Committee meeting, the Notice of Annual Meeting and ballots are mailed to all members at the address on file in the spring of each year. Ballots can be mailed back to the cooperative in the envelope provided or can be brought to the Annual Meeting.
