*Service requests are scheduled Monday through Friday only.

Start Service by Phone

Call member services at 715-232-6240, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

You must call at least one (1) business day prior to the day you are requesting the power be turned on (under normal circumstances). For same day connections, an additional fee may apply.

  • You will need your social security number

  • A $30 account change fee will be applied to your first bill

  • You may be asked to pay a deposit based on your credit or Dunn Energy Cooperative payment history (deposits can be paid by cash, check, credit card, or money order)

  • If we are unable to verify information or are unable to process your payment over the phone, you may be asked to come into the office

Our office is located at N5725 600th St., Menomonie. Walk-in office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please allow three (3) business days for processing/correspondence. Completion of this form will not establish service. You will be contacted by a member services representative to finish the process or if additional information is needed.

If you need service sooner or have other questions, please contact member services during office hours at 715-232-6240.

Stop Service

If you've sold your home, or are moving out of a rental, please call the office to have the service transferred out of your name. We need to hear from both parties; those moving in as well as those moving out to have the transfer made. 

Electrical Service Installation

When installing a new service, we need to work closely with you to meet your needs and to meet the applicable specifications and codes. To get the ball rolling, call 715-232-6240 to set up an account and schedule an appointment with our Staking Technician. If you simply want costs on running a new service, the office will be able to help you with that as well.
