Dunn Energy Cooperative is seeking a Human Resources & Executive Assistant to support our CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, while overseeing key HR functions that enable our team to thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, minutes, and board materials
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
- Manage payroll and benefits administration with accuracy
- Confidentially maintain HR files, policies, and compliance
- Pitch in with front desk coverage and employee events
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced HR and executive support professional (2+ years)
- Outstanding communicator with strong writing and organizational skills
- Comfortable balancing deadlines, details, and confidential information
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- SHRM certified or open to becoming certified
- A commitment to the Seven Cooperative Principles—we live by them
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage range: $25–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
